1General Provisions & Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The dkvip website and all services operated under it.
• "Member" — Any person who has registered and is using the platform.
• "Account" — A personal user profile created through registration.
• "Bonus Balance" — Additional funds granted under promotional activities.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2Membership & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on dkvip, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Registering with false information will result in account termination.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Sharing your password or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

3Account Verification & Security

dkvip uses SSL encryption and other security measures to ensure a safe platform. We reserve the right to verify the identity of any member when necessary.

3.1 Identity Verification

For withdrawal requests or suspicious activity, we may request identity documents, proof of address, or other paperwork. Failure to provide documents may result in suspended transactions or account termination.

3.2 Account Security

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately. dkvip will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4Financial Transactions & Payments

All financial transactions on dkvip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support transactions through the mobile financial services available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Deposited funds are added to the account after verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless instructed otherwise.
• Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.

4.3 Failed or Delayed Transactions

If a delay occurs due to technical issues or mobile payment network problems, contact our support team for a prompt resolution.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

dkvip provides bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirement; if the deadline passes, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may use each bonus offer only once.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• dkvip reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming services are available on dkvip. Fair play is ensured across all games.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, though a cash-out option may apply in specific cases.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, we reserve the right to void the relevant bet.
• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, it will be settled according to data stored on the server.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or use of automated software (bots) is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions is prohibited.
• Collusion (unethical coordination with other players) is strictly prohibited.

7VIP Program & Rewards

Regular dkvip members may participate in the VIP program. This program has three tiers:

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7% plus additional benefits.
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% plus premium services.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

dkvip believes that entertainment should be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage members to game in a healthy and controlled manner.

• Members may request to set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or activate Self-Exclusion.

• Evidence that the member is a minor.

If an account is closed for a valid reason, the actual cash balance will be returned, but the bonus balance and any earned rewards will be forfeited.

A member may also request to close their account at any time. After the request, any remaining balance will remain withdrawable.

12Limitation of Liability

dkvip makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, we will not be liable for the following:

• Loss in a game due to an internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by problems with your device or software.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.

Our liability will at all times be limited to the actual cash balance in your account.
